Reasons

For “Finding Fjords”: Among the many enlightening things I picked up from reading Douglas Adam’s Salmon of Doubt was the fascination for fjords. They’ve since developed as an allegory for a few distinct things in my life.

For writing this blog: I used to aspire to be a journalist, but then realized that profession’s objectives seemed too superficial and self-promoting. I still really like writing for the organization it demands from my mosttimes-muddled mind, but since it’s no longer an active pursuit, this blog is sporadically updated and is most likely updated when I need to organize a few thoughts.

For living: Perspectives, development, challenges, balance.
